TOM CALVIN ASSOCIATES
Tom began his career in the hospitality industry with a major marketing firm working with 4 Star and 5 Star properties. He started out with that company as a Telemarketer in Scottsdale, Arizona at what was then the Radisson Resort Scottsdale. He then worked his way up, becoming a Project Manager, Director of Operations, Director of Sales and Vice-President-Pacific Rim. While living in Manly Beach, Australia, Tom became very familiar with various four and five star properties throughout that Region.
In Australia, he oversaw offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Surfers Paradise and Cairns. In Indonesia it was Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bali and Ujung Pandang and in addition to that there was Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Singapore.
While specializing in Group Cruises, All-Inclusive Resort stays and Group trips throughout the world, he is very happy to work with individuals as well.
Countries Visited: Australia, Canada, China, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Panama, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Thailand, Viet Nam, Ireland and Scotland and the Territory of Turks & Caicos.

Tom Wears Several Hats
SHRINERS INTERNATIONAL: Having served as the “Potentate” (CEO) of El Zaribah Shriners in Phoenix, Arizona during 2011, Tom is a very active member of Shriners International. The main philanthropy of this fraternal organization is Shriners Hospitals for Children, a network of 22 hospitals that provide specialized pediatric care to children regardless of their ability to pay. He works diligently raising funds to pay for the transportation of these children to and from Shriners Hospitals for Children.
AMERICAN LEGION: A Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he currently serves on the Executive Committee and Club Committee of his American Legion Post, Matthew B Juan Post 35, Chandler, Arizona.
Tom has also started a fundraiser entitled, “Here’s To The Heroes”, that in 2026 is a Group Cruise to the Mexican Riviera. Other than having loads of fun, the purpose of this cruise is to bring awareness and raise funds to support the American Legion’s “Be The One” mission.
Today, the No. 1 issue facing the veteran community is suicide, estimated to be between 17 and 22 per day. The mission of The American Legion's Be The One initiative is to reduce the rate of veteran suicide. We're actively working on lessening the stigma associated with mental health treatment and empowering everyone to take appropriate action when a veteran or service member may be at risk – one life at a time.
